A Fatima College Alumni, and retiree from the T&T Defence Force, Preston acquired his M.SC in International Business Management from the University of Greater Manchester, UK, his B.SC in International Wholesale-Trading as well as Associate Degrees in Project and Change-Management from German learning Institutes.
Preston is an executive with experience in Financial Controlling, Strategic Business and Project-Management as well as Product & Program Life Cycle & Governance.
Preston has worked 15 years within the DB Group, a subsidiary of the German government's Transport and Infrastructure.Ministry and with the EU on major transport initiatives and projects.
A graduate of Queens Royal College and ex Army Cpl (TTDF), Sherwyn has been working as the operations Manager for the “Garden Center”, England's largest wholesaler of Garden-decor and event staging for the past 15 years.
Sherwyn brings his extensive knowledge and experience to the TTEA in the form of event management as well as Import logistics, utilising the established supply chain network in and around the U.k.
He has also been involved with the T&T U.K based group “One The Band” as a Procussion player where they tour various English cities playing the local T&T Pan instrument and singing covers of famous Calypso & Soca songs from renowned Artists of our past.
Jovan has been introducing the U.K to Caribbean cuisine since 2015.
After successfully establishing his own brand of T&T flavours and sauces, he launched the business enterprise "Lobos Caribbean Cuisine" and since then, has earned the reputation as one of the UK's best Caribbean culinary creators,
Jovan's cooking and preparation skills have been proven and tested throughout the last decade at various high end UK restaurants, and we are happy to ensure his skill as our main caterer.
